Impressive and intuitive

by Juliette & Sven Freybe

Ruthie Shugarman is a most impressive and intuitive estate agent. Her professional skills are clear, realistic and informed. This really supported us when we took the risk of selling our home before finding another property to move into with three young children. In fact, we understood and valued her perspective towards the selling process so much that we felt comfortable to go on a family holiday and leave our home in Ruthie's capable hands. Our home sold while we were out of town and within three weeks.  We expected that we would be renting for a year at least before finding another suitable home for our family, however, with Ruthie's determination and most impressive business skills we had closed the deal on our new dream home within another three weeks.  It is now a few months later since some renovations and moving into our home that we can take a moment to reflect on how quickly and efficiently the whole moving process was for our family. We could not have imagined six months ago that we would find a home on the West side that would suit our family needs perfectly.  Thank you Ruthie for all your hard work and for making our move so manageable.

They’re fun, and you’re all invited!

Pillow Talk – this event gathers women and leaders in the community for a salon-style information sharing from experts in our community.

Swaps – Invented by Ruthie in 2008, this bi-annual event draws over a hundred women to “swap” their gently used clothes. Attendees get a refresh of their wardrobe with fantastic finds without spending money, with remaining clothing donated to women’s charities.
