A Whole New World

New property listed in Kitsilano, Vancouver West

New property listed in Kitsilano, Vancouver West

We have listed a new property at 2146 West 14th Avenue in Vancouver
Tucked away on one of Kitsilano’s dream streets, just off Arbutus, this 1/2 duplex feels like the home you’ll look back on years from now. Whether you’re raising a young family, putting down roots as a couple, or ready to downsize without giving up the feeling of a house, this is one of those rare homes that simply fits. Morning walks for coffee, afternoons at the park, beach days on a whim, and every neighbourhood favourite just a few blocks from your door. Inside, nearly 2,000 sq.ft. unfolds exactly how people want to live. A sunken living room gives the home personality, while the family room off the kitchen naturally becomes the backdrop for homework, LEGO marathons, lazy Sunday mornings, lively dinner parties, or quiet evenings with a good book. The sweetest breakfast nook catches the morning light, with a separate dining space ready for everything from family celebrations to intimate dinners with friends. Upstairs, three bedrooms are tucked beneath a canopy of mature trees, where every window feels like you’re waking up in a treehouse. It’s peaceful, private, and exactly the kind of setting people dream about. And because life comes with a surprising amount of stuff, there’s over 1,000 sq.ft. of crawl space. Enough room for bikes, skis, holiday bins, camping gear, keepsakes, and everything else life collects along the way. Stylish without trying too hard, functional without sacrificing character, and sitting in one of Vancouver’s most loved neighbourhoods, this is the kind of home that grows with you. It offers the warmth and privacy of a detached home with the ease of a more turnkey lifestyle, making it just as appealing for frequent travellers and downsizers as it is for growing families. The first steps. The first dinner party. The backyard birthday celebrations. The spontaneous beach evenings. This isn’t just where you’ll live. It’s where your next chapter begins.
