New property listed in Mount Pleasant VE, Vancouver East

New property listed in Mount Pleasant VE, Vancouver East

We have listed a new property at 204 391 7th Avenue E in Vancouver
First Showings: Tuesday Sept 29th 6-7pm, Thursday Oct 1st 6-7pm, and Sunday Oct 4th 3-4:30pm. Your front yard is Dude Chilling Park. We could probably stop there. But we won’t. This is one of those condos that makes you rethink whether you actually need a house. Completely renovated in 2026, this two-bedroom condo is fresh, bright and just the right amount of cool. New floors, a gorgeous new kitchen and bathroom, crisp walls and absolutely nothing that needs “a little updating.” Bring your sofa, your art and your unnecessarily expensive coffee machine. Then there’s the living room. A huge wall of sliding glass doors looks straight into the trees of Dude Chilling Park, making the whole condo feel green, airy and a little bit like you’ve escaped the city while being very much in the middle of it. Open the doors, put on some music, pour something cold and suddenly staying home on a Friday night doesn’t seem like such a bad idea. The balcony is made for morning coffee, post-work drinks and casually keeping tabs on whatever is happening in the park below. There are two proper bedrooms, so you don’t have to pretend a windowless den is a bedroom. The primary also has a seriously chic walk-in closet that may inspire a wardrobe upgrade. Bedroom two can be for guests, a roommate, an office, a future tiny human or simply more stuff. No judgment. And outside? This is the Mount Pleasant life people are always talking about. Walk to Main Street. Coffee around the corner. Dinner on Kingsway. Groceries without getting in the car. Summer Sundays at the farmers market. Friends meeting you in the park that is, quite literally, outside your door. Dogs and cats are welcome. There’s parking. There’s storage. There are park views. It’s renovated, ridiculously well located and just feels fun. Also, imagine telling people you live on Dude Chilling Park. We’re not saying that should be the reason you buy it. But it’s not not a reason.

Swaps

Invented by Ruthie in 2008, this bi-annual event draws over a hundred women to “swap” their gently used clothes. Attendees get a refresh of their wardrobe with fantastic finds without spending money, with remaining clothing donated to women’s charities.
