I can not believe how lucky we were to have come across a house that we liked (we were thinking about downsizing) and then even more fortunate to find Ruthie was the Realtor. Ruthie expertly guided us, not only through the purchasing of the sweet 1939 house just 12 blocks from our home of 36 years, but also through the process of marketing our property. We dithered at the prospect of such an overwhelming move and even delayed it by several months, but when the market started to shift upward last winter Ruthie urged us to be bold and go for it- a decision we will never regret. The sale and purchase were seamless and conducted within a week, all under Ruthie's capable counsel. Two months later we moved to our new home and one of our first visitors was Ruthie with a lovely housewarming gift for our about to be renovated new kitchen. I could not recommend a more competent Real Estate Agent to work on behalf of the seller, buyer or both. Ruthie Shugarman is multi-talented in a diverse number of professional fields but I was lucky it was her name on the Dexter Realty sign that November day I happened to wander by. Thank you, Ruthie!
