We have sold a property at Vancouver

BUILDABLE 75’ X 134’ LOTS ARE BECOMING INCREASINGLY RARE ON VANCOUVER’S WESTSIDE. THOSE WEST OF ANGUS ON BEAUTIFULLY TREED STREETS ARE EVEN MORE RARE. AND THOSE WITH AN EXISTING 4,800' 1944 HOUSE ON THEM THAT HAS RECENTLY BEEN FEATURED IN WESTERN LIVING —WELL THIS IS IT. THIS HOUSE HAS EVERYTHING: THE STREET HAS SOME OF THE MOST MAGNIFICENT TREES IN ALL OF VANCOUVER, THE HUGE BACKYARD IS QUIET AND PRIVATE ENOUGH THAT YOU’D NEVER KNOW YOU HAD NEIGHBOURS. UPSTAIRS THE RENOVATED BATHROOMS HAVE A BAIN ULTRA CHROMOTHERAPY TUB AND A WALK IN TILED STEAM SHOWER. THE NEW WINDOWS CONTAIN INTERIOR BLINDS FOR SOUND SLEEPING. ON THE MAIN FLOOR THE NEW KITCHEN HAS BEEN REDONE WITH THE VERY TOP OF THE LINE APPLIANCES: AN ITALIAN FHIABA FRIDGE, ITALIAN FULGOR COOKTOP AND DOUBLE OVENS AND A GERMAN BLOMBERG DISWASHER. ONCE YOU LEAVE THE HOUSE THE NEIGHBOURHOOD IS A THROWBACK WHERE CHILDREN STILL PLAY ON THE STREETS AND THIS LEAFY ENCLAVE GATHERS FOR A BLOCK PARTY EVERY YEAR. WHILE THIS RESIDENCE IS PERFECT TO MOVE IN RIGHT NOW OR IT ALSO OFFERS THE ABILITY TO BUY AND HOLD WHILE YOU CONTEMPLATE BUILDING YOUR DREAM HOUSE ON A LARGE 10,050' PRIVATE LOT.

Our current passion projects

They’re fun, and you’re all invited!

Pillow Talk – this event gathers women and leaders in the community for a salon-style information sharing from experts in our community.

Swaps – Invented by Ruthie in 2008, this bi-annual event draws over a hundred women to “swap” their gently used clothes. Attendees get a refresh of their wardrobe with fantastic finds without spending money, with remaining clothing donated to women’s charities.
